When people ask me what my favorite look is, I always say "rich hippie." I love the casual, confident look the hippies possessed, yet I prefer their look as interpreted by Saks or Bergdorf's. This dress is definitely from the "flower power" era yet has an elegance the hippies wouldn't have cared for. These dresses are very, very rare, but I occasionally find one. Two wonderful layers of silk, so it's got a sheer look without requiring a slip. Tag reads, "Saks Fifth Avenue Young Dimensions" (Saks' young, trendy department in the 60s and 70s.)
